We weren’t meant to do life alone. Whether you’re juggling the busy years of raising kids or trying to find your footing as an adult, we all need a supportive community in our corner. We’ve created a variety of programs designed to help you connect, build genuine friendships, and grow in your faith. There’s a place for you to belong here.
Kids and Families
We absolutely love having families join us at South West Christian Church! We want church to be the highlight of your child’s week — a safe, fun place where they can learn about God’s love while you get the chance to sit back, breathe, and focus on the Sunday service.
Creche
For the tiniest members of our family, we have a dedicated creche area with baby change facilities available. It’s a comfortable spot where parents can settle babies and toddlers if they need a little extra room to move around during the service.
Kid’s Church
Our fantastic Kid’s Church program runs during the main Sunday service for children from Kindergarten through to Year 6. After worship, they head out for age-appropriate teaching, fun activities, and games that bring the Bible to life in a way they can actually understand.
Young Adults
Navigating study, careers, and the everyday demands of adulthood can be a lot. If you’re aged 18 to 30, we’d love for you to join our Young Adults group.
Young Adults Group
We meet fortnightly on Wednesday nights for informal catch-ups, genuine relationship building, and the occasional special event. It’s the perfect place to figure out faith and life alongside people who are in the exact same season as you.
Adults
Church is so much more than just a Sunday morning service. Hebrews 10:25 (NLT) encourages us to “not neglect our meeting together”, and we truly believe that gathering throughout the week is vital for authentic discipleship and support.
Prayer Meeting
Join us every Wednesday night from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm as we gather to pray. We bring our community, our church family, and our personal needs before God, trusting that He hears us and is actively at work in our lives.
Christian Education
Right after our prayer meeting, from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm on Wednesdays, we run Christian education sessions like Alpha or group Bible studies. It’s a relaxed, welcoming environment to ask those big questions, dive deeper into Scripture, and learn how to practically apply it to your everyday life.
